1. Overview

• The PG 8583 CD is a 90cm wide washer disinfector with integrated hot-air drying. An integrated HEPA filter ( Class H 13) guarantees the purity of the air used for drying. Intricately shaped glassware and instruments can be cleaned, disinfected, and dried effectively through each cycle. The PG 8583 CD can process up to 128 laboratory flasks or 98 pipettes together with orther laboratory glassware. it has a side cabinet for 5 l supply canisters.
• Further stacking options: Alternatively, 98 pipettes can be reprocessed per cycle with further laboratory glassware.
• The heart of perfect results: In the individual programmes the speed of the pump and thus the wash pressure is adjusted in line with the relevant requirements – high pressure facilitates the removal of stubborn soiling, whilst low pressure guarantees the complete wetting of all the wash items. As a result, the consumption of water and energy remains particularly low with optimum wash pressure at all times.
• Safety – Wash pressure, spray arm and conductivity monitoring: Outstanding preparation results are achieved because the jet pressure and spray arms are monitored continuously and a decline in jet pressure or load blockage is detected immediately In addition, any deviations from the prescribed conductivity of the water, particularly in the final rinse, are detected.
• Efficient drying: Hot air drying DryPlus is the optimum solution for hollow instruments or narrow-lumened laboratory glassware. The upstream H14 HEPA filter ensures optimum particle separation from the drying air. The filter is easily accessible via a side unit.
